Photoshop Being Screwy? Wtf?

My CS2 is being a complete bitch right now, I don't get it. So I'm going to fill in a selection with black, right (with the paintbucket tool)? Something about the opacity is all screwy because it shows up around 20% opacity, I'm guessing. I checked all the settings, reset all the tools, I have the opacity at 100%. Same thing happened when I pasted something on, it showed up at about 20% opacity.

I don't understand ;_; Anyone have any idea what's wrong with it/me?

Is the fill or opacity of the layer off? That's what it sounds like.

No, I triple-checked :/ All at 100%. I'm wondering if it had something to do with the vector masks that were on the layers.

As you can tell, I'm still an amateur at Photoshop xD
